I hesitated to make this recipe, as the Tzatziki dip had a cucumber flavour. What a huge mistake, you couldn't taste the cucumber much. This is a delicious recipe, easy to make and well received by the family.

This was so delicious! We cooked them over low heat on the BBQ just until the cheese melted and the bread was browned lightly. Big hit in our house!!

2	Compliments Naans
2 tbsp	Compliments Tzatziki Yogourt & Cucumber Dip	30 mL
3/4 cup	Compliments Finely Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided	175 mL
1/2	Red pepper, cut into fine strips
1	Cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, shredded or finely sliced
1 tbsp	Sensations by Compliments First Cold Pressed Extra Virgin 100% Olive Oil	15 mL
	Salt and pepper
1	Green onion, thinly sliced

1.	Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Lay naans on a baking tray. Spread tzatziki dip right up to the edges of each bread.
2.	Top each naan with 1/4 cup (60 mL) mozzarella cheese, half the red pepper and chicken. Drizzle each pizza with olive oil and remaining mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Bake 8 minutes. Garnish with green onions.
