4 cup Sensations by Compliments Natural Vanilla Ice Cream 1 L
4 cups Sensations by Compliments Mochachino Almond Fudge Ice Cream 1 L
2 cups coarsely ground chocolate chip cookie crumbs (approx. 15 cookies) 500 mL
1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 15 mL
1 cup fudge sauce, divided 250 mL
1/4 cup Compliments Slivered Almonds, toasted 60 mL
Fresh raspberries, for garnish

Tips

  • To make this crumb base, we pulsed whole cookies in a food processor for 1 minute before adding butter and fudge sauce.

    This was a BIG hit at my daughter's birthday party. She's a mom now, but still a super choc-a-holic and it past her test with flying colours! I used a different Compliments flavour Vanilla Chocolate Temptation and it it was delicious. A great summer dessert.
