1/3 cup Compliments Cream Cheese, room temperature 75 mL
3 tbsp sour cream 45 mL
2 tsp Compliments Worcestershire Sauce 10 mL
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper 1 mL
1/4 cup finely diced Granny Smith apple, skin on 60 mL
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice 2 mL
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 30 mL
16 large celery stalks, cleaned and coarse strings removed
