I really, really liked these! I saw the recipe late one night, and had to try it right away. I didn't have any fresh thyme or shallots, so I substited dried thyme and used fresh chives (without sauteing) instead, and they were heaven! Weeknight supper will be these, with the bacon wrapped meatloaf (also from this site) along with fresh steamed veggies and a salad. Perfect!
