1 tbsp	fresh finely grated ginger	15 mL
1 tbsp	Sensations by Compliments Extra Virgin Olive Oil	15 mL
1 tbsp	lemon zest	15 mL
1 tbsp	fresh lemon juice	15 mL
1/4 tsp	ground pepper	1 mL
Wilted Spinach:
1/4 cup	seedless raisins	60 mL
1 pkg	Compliments Organic Baby Spinach	142 g
1/4 cup	Compliments Slivered Almonds	60 mL
2 tbsp	olive oil, divided	30 mL
2 cloves	garlic, finely minced
