1	Compliments Pie Shell
4 cups	peeled, sliced (1/4-in./5 mm thick) Granny Smith apples	1 L
5	Compliments Naturally Smoked Bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
3/4 cup	grated Sensations by Compliments Aged 5 Years Canadian Cheddar Cheese	175 mL
1/3 cup	lightly packed brown sugar	75 mL
1 tsp	fresh Compliments Thyme	5 mL

1.	Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Pre-bake pie shell according to package directions. Lower oven temperature to 325°F (160°C).
2.	Toss apples with bacon, cheese, brown sugar and fresh thyme. Spread evenly in pie shell. Bake 1 hour and 10 min. or until apples are tender.
