Meals

2 tbsp	Compliments Soya Sauce, 30% Less Salt	30 mL
1 tbsp	apple juice or water	15 mL
2 tsp	Compliments Pure Honey Natural Liquid	10 mL
1 tsp	finely grated fresh ginger	5 mL
1 clove	garlic, minced
1/2 tsp	sesame oil	2 mL
1 pinch	of dried chili flakes
3	New York striploin steaks (approx. 1?1/2 lb/750 g), trimmed and cut into 1-in./2.5 cm cubes
8	wooden skewers, soaked in water for several hours or overnight

At Home
1.	In a shallow bowl, mix together soya sauce, apple juice or water, honey, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and chili flakes. Add steak to soya mixture, making sure all pieces are well coated. Marinate, 10 min.
2.	Thread meat onto skewers, taking care to leave a bit of space between pieces for even cooking. Seal skewers in large resealable plastic freezer bag and freeze overnight.
3.	At Campfire
4.	Place skewers on grate over hot cooking fire and grill 4 to 5 min. per side (depending on strength of fire) for medium doneness.
