1 can	Compliments Six Bean Blend, drained and rinsed	540 mL
1 can	Sensations by Compliments Flaked Albacore White Tuna in Water, drained	170 mL
1 cup	canned artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed, quartered	250 mL
1/3 cup	diced red onion	75 mL
2 tbsp	capers, drained and rinsed	30 mL
2 tbsp	olive oil	30 mL
1	lemon, juiced
1/2 tsp	Compliments Italian Seasoning	2 mL
1/4 tsp	salt	1 mL
2 cups	lightly packed spinach	500 mL
