Who can go wrong with scallops and mango. yummy

1 pkg	Sensations by Compliments Wild Atlantic Canada Sea Scallops (20-40 ct), thawed, rinsed and patted dry	400 g
12-14	metal skewers
1/8 tsp	each salt and pepper	0.5 mL
1/4 cup	Sensations by Compliments Mango Curry Barbecue Sauce	60 mL
1	lime, cut in half
2 tbsp	finely chopped chives	30 mL

1.	Preheat barbecue to high. Push a skewer through sides of 2 scallops, repeat for remaining scallops. Season with salt and pepper.
2.	Set scallops onto grill with skewer part over foil. Brush with mango curry sauce and grill until cooked through and lightly charred, 2 to 3 min. per side.
3.	Using tongs transfer skewers to a platter, squeeze lime juice overtop and sprinkle with finely chopped chives.
